Technologically Advanced Components
PERMANENT MAGNETIC GEARLESS MACHINE
The permanent magnetic gearless machine is manufactured from rare earth materials. It is compact in design and requires no lubrication. In conjunction with the VVVF inverter system, it generates low running noise and is energy efficient thus benefiting the environment and reducing operation costs.
VVVF DOOR DRIVE SYSTEM
The VVVF door drive system is exclusively tested to ensure its quality and durability. The VVVF inverter along with the sophisticated design allows for smooth, quiet and reliable operation.
CONTROL SYSTEM
The micro processed control boards provide analogue speed control to the VVVF drive. This ensures smooth acceleration and deceleration of the elevator and overall ride comfort. The control boards also incorporate a self-diagnostic control system to reduce on site commissioning time and fault finding.
